We suggest that you print the Funeral Planning Sheet and the Suggested General Intercessions.
You can refer to the Music and Scripture Suggestions on your computer (save paper) and then make you selection on the planning sheet.

Once you have completed the form, please return it to the Funeral Home or to the Rectory.
